This page is a collection of drawings/illustrations/paintings that I've made in the past. All files uploaded either contain embedded license information or have their license mentioned beside them. If the reader wishes to reuse these, please do, as long as the license is respected. Most of the illustrations are circa 2020 and were made with Inkscape. For the curious, all illustrations are SVGs which can be inspected using the "Inspect Element" feature of the browser.

Artnaama

Artnaama was a showcase of DIY s and paintings from the members of the fine arts society I was a part of back in college. If I remember correctly, this event was held during the pandemic.

Expressions

This one is a bit less original. I was trying to recreate something from a reference image. Today I'd probably use clones for such an artwork, but back then I didn't know what clones were.

Grainy Sun

This one was a go at creating a logo for a friend. It was also the first attempt to create a grainy texture that is quite popular in vector illustrations. I followed an old article written for Illustrator and replicated the steps in Inkscape. For the spokes I'd use the Rotate Copies LPE today.

Traces

These are some of the things that I traced from raster references, so they're not that original, but they did help me get the hang of vector drawing.
